What we offer 
We are looking for a dedicated IT-supporter with a high degree of drive and a deep knowledge of Microsoft collaboration portfolio. The support team services Widex colleagues globally by handling daily service requests, incidents and project related activities. The supporters rotate between the responsibilities and tasks and they take responsibility for continuously improving the internal processes.  
 
Your Responsibilities  

  • Access management across Widex business solutions  
  • First and second level support on collaboration tools i.e. Skype, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint 
  • Close collaboration with developers and architects on supporting and developing solutions 
  • Ensure efficient adoption of the collaboration portfolio globally, design of user guides and perform training 
  • Participate in the daily operation of the Servicedesk, resolving incidents and service requests  
  • Investigating and documenting solutions/best practice. 
  • Take part continuously improving and finetuning support processes (based on ITIL) 
  • Collaborating with vendors and partners   

You  
You are a trained IT supporter, preferably with three-four years of experience with IT support from a Global Service Desk function.  
 
You have: 

  • Expert level in access management through Active Directory 
  • Knowledge of basic SharePoint configuration 
  • Expert level using Skype/Teams  
  • Extensive experience with office 365  
  • Basic ITIL knowledge  
  • Relevant certifications from Microsoft is an advantage
