About the department 

Device Manufacturing Development (DMD) in Hillerød is a project focused organisation comprised of more than 250 dedicated employees striving to be the best manufacturing development partner of medical devices. Our dedication is to build superior quality into our device products. Our challenge is to execute an increasing portfolio of diverse projects in a complex, international and highly regulated area. You will be anchored in the Business Support function within the IT Team.  

The position 

We are looking for a Student Assistant with IT skills. You will help with different IT tasks such as maintenance and security updates on pc’s, keeping record of the equipment state, evaluation of IT systems, preparation of documentation and ensuring backups. You will be part of the IT Team consisting of two System Managers, who are responsible for a large variety of tasks. These include ensuring IT compliance, IT security and support. You will together with the team plan and schedule your tasks.  

Qualifications 

You have a strong understanding of the many aspects and requirements within IT. Ideally, you have worked with various aspects of IT within daily operation and maintenance or you are enrolled in an IT relevant education. You can communicate both in oral and written English. As a person you are positive, eager to learn and have a strong personal drive to achieve results. You must work in a structured and systematic way, and you are not afraid of getting hands on a variety of IT tasks and think out of the box when the situation requires it.
