Great influence on software projects, assisting Pronestors R&D Director
 
As Project Manager at our client Pronestor, you will be responsible for running key projects regarding their software product folio. You will play a critical role acting as link between internal Product Development, Sales & Marketing and Pronestors international market and customer feedback.  
 
We wish you to drive the process of developing new products and features in the Pronestor meeting management suite in close cooperation with internal and external parties. You will be part of the software development team with direct reference to the R&D Director. 
Pronestor is a leading-edge supplier of meeting management enterprise solutions. During the past 20 years, they have gained a strong position in the Nordics, operate in several countries in Europe and the US, and they are taking the first steps moving in the Asian markets.  
Your playing field and responsibilities  

  • Prioritize the software product development projects together with the R&D Director (they use Kanban processes) and ensure that the deadlines are met. 
  • Take part in the commercialization of products and new feature launches 
  • Coordinate and head weekly or bi-weekly meeting in Pronestors Product Committee Meetings  
  • Work closely with user feedback to really understand user needs, their challenges and how it all fits within the overall product vision 
  • Be involved in the execution of features from building the requirements to concept iteration, working closely with design and development to drive features 
  • Take part in writing user guides and documentation  

You get energy from delivering great features and take full ownership from analysis to ensuring market readiness, never leaving customers nor users out of the process. Last but not least, you will be the anchor person between R&D, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success. 
 
Your background  
We expect you to have a commercial or technical degree, and have at least two years of experience with project or product management of software development projects. You are used to the Microsoft platform and OFfice365, preferably you have also worked with Cloud technologies. 
 
You have a high drive and take initiative, are excellent in communication and collaboration. You working style is highly structured, combined with good planning skills and great abilities in the art of prioritizing. Furthermore, your focus is on high quality and delivery, and at the same time with a creative customer vision. 
 
You are fluent in Danish and English, both verbally and in writing.
