IT Product Owner

Join us in this role where you’ll be responsible for insuring that our IT lives up to the quality and demands requested by our business, while supporting the delivery teams in their daily work the best way possible. You and your team will be responsible for ensuring that the business and product needs are visible to the delivery team and handled across all teams and that they are aligned with the IT product manager and other IT product owners. You’ll have continued dialogues with stakeholders from IT and business securing solution definition and feedback and acting as the voice of the customer in the delivery team.

You’ll be part of a strong team headed by an IT Manager, who also acts as the IT owner in our ERP Product Line. In our overall department (ref. the Business Platform) we have three other products lines in parallel and four Agile Release Trains. You’ll be in close collaboration and communication with various stakeholders, managers, and product owners.

You’ll play an important role in:

• advocating for both the business and on value creation
• have a strong SAP and/or ERP applications knowledge to exercise good judgement on prioritization calls to maximize value
• effectively assessing and resolving conflicting priorities
• being responsible for managing multiple stakeholders across the organisation
• securing service and product development initiatives of ERP IPL managed applications.

To succeed in the role, you:

• are able to drive the application management of own application portfolio (incl. Application Life Cycle Management)
• can negotiate and secure demand and supply of competences with essential stakeholders
• have experience in service and application budgeting
• have a good understanding of standard operating models
• have a clear understanding of the agile product owner role and its responsibilities.
