IT Infrastructure Architecture Manager

Join us and become IT Infrastructure Architecture Manager in our Infrastructure Architecture department within Infrastructure Management, which is responsible for ensuring high quality and timely deliveries across the infrastructure stack from data centre to platform operations

Infrastructure Management includes Core Infrastructure, Platform Services, ICS and Infrastructure Architecture, and our vision is to provide the Group with superior IT based on world-class infrastructure management and operations services. Our two main tasks are to define the infrastructure architecture roadmap and drive infrastructure architecture development according to this, as well as project delivery, focusing on designs, cost cases and strategy development and implementation across departments.

Infrastructure Management is part of our IT organisation, where we focus our efforts on supporting the entire business and ensuring that the company works as a professional, reliable and responsible company. We are responsible for ensuring IT productivity, efficiency and quality across DONG Energy.

You will be based at our office in Gentofte. However, you should expect some traveling in relation to your work to our headquarters in Skærbæk, where some of your staff is located.

Your key duties will be to

• ensure efficient manning of projects and be responsible for resource management and prioritisation of tasks according to overall targets and project executing
• coach and develop your team of eight people to ensure they perform their best, and make sure we have the right people to support all our areas of responsibility
• initiate and support good cooperation across departments in Infrastructure Management, IT and with the business, and optimise current processes in Infrastructure Architecture and across Infrastructure Management
• orchestrate architecture across Infrastructure Management and drive key improvement initiatives defined through an Infrastructure Management strategy 
• be part of leading the transformation to cloud-based IT infrastructure, and be responsible for ensuring infrastructure architects on relevant projects. 

Your qualifications and core competences include that you

• hold a relevant degree and have a proven track record of achievements - preferably at least five years of management experience
• have broad knowledge of IT infrastructure - both in the administrative environment and from the ICS environment
• have broad IT experience - both with project management and operations and with a wide variety of HW and SW products
• are outgoing and able to establish good relationships with your colleagues and other business partners, and are comfortable working in a dynamic and complex environment
• are empathic, have a high drive and are strategic as well as pragmatic.
