Internships within IT and Digitalization 
Working hours for internships in Novo Nordisk can be between 18-37 per week, of course with flexibility to support you in prioritising your exams and assignments. We offer exciting and challenging positions that will provide a unique opportunity to familiarise yourself with IT and Digitalization, where you will become part of a team in one of our departments. 

The IT and Digitalization Talent Pipeline addresses internships within the following fields:    

  • Digital Innovation and Transformation
  • Data Science and Data Engineering
  • Software Development
  • IT Security
  • IT Automation
  • IT Support and Operations
  • Supply Chain Analytics

Internships are remunerated if your educational track allows this. Please note that it is only possible to have an internship within Novo Nordisk once, regardless of its duration. A Danish full-time work permit is required. Internships can vary from 3 to 6 months’ duration, with potential extension up to a maximum of 12 months. 

Qualifications 
You are currently enrolled at a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science/Analytics, Data Engineering Economics, Mathematics, IT & Automation or another relevant field and you have at least 6 months left of your studies. 
We are looking for interns who are keen to learn and able to manage their own time. It’s an advance if you are experienced with tools and languages such as PowerBI, Tableau, R, Python, Alteryx, or SQL etc. and used to work with a various number of stakeholders. 

Fluent in English is a requirement and you need to submit your CV in English.

Joining a Talent Pipeline in Novo Nordisk
Most of our internships a filled through our Talent Pipelines which means that by joining the pipelines you will get the opportunity to get matched with a lot of internships that never gets posted. 
When applying to this Talent Pipeline you will be considered as a potential match for several internships within the fields of IT and Digitalisation, and if there is a match, we will reach out to you and invite you for a 1st interview with the hiring manager. 
You will only be contacted if we find a relevant position that matches your profile, but you will remain part of the Pipeline for up to 6 months, unless you inform us that you wish to withdraw. 

Due to GDPR regulations we are closing the pipelines after 6 months and we send email notifications to all active candidates in our pipelines when they are closed, - with a link to where you can re-apply to our new line of Talent Pipelines. 

Check list when applying

  • When creating your profile, it is important that you “unlock” your profile. When your profile is “unlocked” it will state: “Profile visibility: Novo Nordisk Recruiter Worldwide”.
  • Please describe your motivation, areas of interests and when you graduate.
  • Please upload your diplomas or current study records.
