About the department
BioFP GE NPE & Projects provides IT & Automation support for our 2 aseptic filling departments and is  going to take over the responsibility of our packing facility in Gentofte. The departments employ approx. 450 employees and works in 2-shift for up to 6 days a week. Our biopharmaceutical products are characterized by complex processes supported by employees with great professionalism and commitment.

You will be part of the Process Improvement team of 17 people who, in addition to 4 dedicated IT system colleagues, also consists of 2 automation technicians, 9 process responsible and 2 cLEAN project managers.

The position
We are looking for an IT System responsible colleague to handle the day-to-day operating support for our production facilities, with primary responsibility for our packing department. Together with the team and in collaboration with our end user, you will help to ensure that production runs optimally and that we always work according to the applicable legal requirements. As we have a great focus on IT compliance, documentation tasks will take up a significant part of your daily assignments.

You will be supporting and optimizing the day-to-day operations of the departments IT and automation equipment, which involves troubleshooting of our production facilities hardware and software, as well as managing the role of administrator on our computer systems. Moreover, you will be solving several different documentation tasks in connection with the increased demands and focus on IT compliance, IT security and data integrity. The tasks include conduction of user reviews, configuration management and preparation of annual reports and participation in internal as well as external audits from authorities.

You will have the opportunity of running or participating in projects to elevate old as well as new automation systems to today's standards. Smaller changes are most often implemented in the team, while larger projects are carried out in collaboration with various partners.

Your working day will be varied and sometimes jam-packed, as the IT system and automation equipment are essential for the production. You will handle your assignments in close dialogue with many employee groups both inside and outside the department, where you will play a central role. Together with some of your colleagues, you will be part of an on-call duty roster meaning that you will be supporting users with their issues one week out of four - mostly over the phone.

Qualifications
You have an educational background within IT or Engineering with good knowledge about production equipment and IT systems along with great interest in quality and documentation.

It is an advantage if you have worked with PLCs (S5 / S7), IT infrastructure and have knowledge and possibly experience with SQL databases, virtualization, SCADA (Fix32 / iFIX) and servers in a Windows domain environment.

It will be considered an added advantage, if you are familiar with GMP rules with a focus on IT compliance, as well as in-depth understanding of documentation, configuration management and IT systems qualification.

As a person, you are social and positive by nature. You are proactive, solution-oriented, and you like to share your knowledge. Furthermore, you work systematically and are committed to your work and your colleagues. You are used to collaborating and communicating across different professional areas and you have the capability of handling a high workload without losing the overview. Good communication skills in Danish and English is a requirement.
