Vi leder efter en dygtig PLC-programmør, som kan hjælpe os med at opnå visionen om Industri 4.0, fra maskinbygger til komplet systemleverandør. Stillingen kræver kendskab til ISA88 struktur, PLC programmering, continuous integration og development af software og ikke mindst gode kommunikations redskaber.

Du vil blive en del af en mindre ny gruppe uden kontakt med de igangværende kundeprojekter. Gruppen har til opgave at sikre arbejdet med softwareområdet i bindeleddet mellem kundens IT-system og vores PLC systemer. Fokusset er blandt andet her tracking, liniestyring og recepthåndtering. Gruppen vil blive udvidet i takt med strategiens implementering. Dine opgaver vil være med fokus på at få standardiseret vores PLC platform til vores PLC folk, der sidder spredt ud i forskellige afdelinger under R&D.

Dine daglige arbejdsområder vil være:

  • Udvikle og dokumentere software ved brug af åbne standarder, hvorved vi kan omstille os fra projekt programmering til projekt konfigurering af anlæg.
  • Udvikling af standard PLC blokke til brug på tværs i organisationen.
  • Fokus på intelligente og selvkonfigurerende systemer.
  • Kommunikator ud mod PLC programmørerne i de forskellige andre R&D afdelinger.

Faglige kvalifikationer
Din faglige baggrund kunne f.eks. være ingeniør, datamatiker, systemarkitekt med erfaring fra lignende stilling. Vi vil lægge vægt på følgende kvalifikationer:

  • Erfaring med en eller flere af flg. discipliner:
    • Standardisering af styringssoftware & hardware til maskiner og anlæg.
    • Versionsstyring af software og konfiguration.
    • Standarder fx ISA88, ISA95, ISA101.
    • Continuous integration og development tools som Jenkins, Docker.
  • Dygtig kommunikator ud mod forskellige lag i organisationen fra programmør til direktør.
  • Kendskab til:
    • Procesforståelse. Vi tilbyder oplæring og træning på vores showplant i England.
    • PLC programmering og højniveau sprog, gerne Beckhoff
  • Erfaren og habil bruger af Microsoft Office pakken og generel forståelse for IT
  • Du behersker engelsk i skrift og tale (koncernsproget er engelsk)

ISA88 Automation Engineer

We are looking for a programmer, who can drive our PLC development platform across different departments. To fill the position you need to know ISA88 structure, PLC programming, continuous integration and development of software and, not least, have great communication skills.
 
You will be part of a smaller new workgroup without contact to the ongoing customer projects. The workgroup is responsible for ensuring the work with the software area in the connection between the customer’s IT system and our PLC systems. The focus is on tracking, line management and recipe management. The group will grow concurrently as the strategy is implemented. Your tasks will be to focus on standardization of our PLC platform to our PLC people, who are spread across the departments in R&D.

Your daily tasks will be:

  • Develop and document software using open standards, allowing us to switch from project programming to project configuration of plants.
  • Developer of standard PLC blocks for use across the organization.
  • Focus on intelligent and self-configuring systems
  • Communicator towards PLC programmers in the various other R&D departments.

Professional qualifications
Your professional background could be e.g. engineer, information technologist or system architect with experience from similar positions. We will emphasise the following qualifications: 

  • Experience with one or more of the following disciplines:
    • Standardization of management software & hardware for machines and installations.
    • Software versioning and configuration.
    • Standards such as ISA88, ISA95, ISA101.
    • Continuous integration and development tools like Jenkins, Docker.
  • Skilled communicator towards different levels of the organization from programmer to manager.
  • Knowledge of
    • Process understanding. We offer training at our show plant in England.
    • PLC Programming and high-level language, like Beckhoff.
  • Experienced and capable user of Microsoft Office and a general understanding of IT.
  • Proficiency in English in speech and writing (the group language is English).
