Then 3Shape offers a unique opportunity to work as junior consultant in our Strategy & Consulting team in the center of Copenhagen at Kongens Nytorv. This opportunity will help you develop a basic management consulting toolbox and get experience with driving complex projects across the entire organization with exposure to senior management.
You will also have the possibility to influence the content of the internship program according to your specialization and the career path you want to follow.

About the position
The consulting unit consists of consultants with backgrounds from McKinsey & Company, Bain & Company, Boston Consulting Group, and Qvartz and is anchored directly with the CFO of 3Shape. The unit drives key strategic projects following similar methodology found at top consulting firms. You will act as a junior consultant on these projects. Furthermore, we support top management with ad hoc analysis. Your development is important to us. Training, feedback, and personal development plans are key tools to ensure your success as well as results and will continue to challenge you while developing or sharpening your consulting toolbox. • Working hours: Full time Start date: August 2020
• Internship length: 6 months 
• Remuneration: follows standard pay level for internships 

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree student within Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or similar 
• Demonstrated strong academic performance 
• Interested in management consulting and project management 
• Ability to communicate effectively – both verbally and in writing - in English Enjoy working in teams as well as taking ownership of own tasks 
• Positive energy and motivated by learning
