Novo Nordisk Pharmatech A/S is located in Køge, Denmark, and is 100% owned by Novo Nordisk A/S. We are 190 employees who work on the shared purpose of improving biopharmaceutical manufacturing by producing and delivering products of the highest quality for both up- and downstream processing within the biopharmaceutical industry. In this job, you get the opportunity to join a highly engaged and dedicated People and Organisation (P&O) team, consisting of professionals within learning and development, training systems, HR processes and communication. It is our job to ensure that all our HR processes, our training and development activities and our communication initiatives activities run smoothly across Novo Nordisk Pharmatech. We work in close collaboration with managers at all levels to ensure that our activities meet the business’ most important needs at all time. We also work closely together with the P&O community in Novo Nordisk.
As our P&O Intern, you will support the P&O team in ensuring timely delivery of our HR core processes and development initiatives. The primary focus of the internship will be to support the people development and engagement agenda in the organisation. In close collaboration with your P&O colleagues and line managers, you will develop and implement initiatives for an engaging work environment where people thrive and develop.
As the intern you will be present at shop floor supporting managers with training and workshops on engaging leadership, motivation, learning and change. You will also perform other ad-hoc tasks in the P&O department. The job will enable you to put your theoretical knowledge into practice while at the same time gain industry experience and build an invaluable network of talented professionals in the organization. You will be considered an integrated member of the P&O department and receive continuous feedback on your work.
You are currently studying for your master's degree within psychology, HR, learning processes or similar. The important thing is that you have great understanding of people dynamics and you are pragmatic in your approach to tasks. You have strong analytical skills and you may also have knowledge and interest within digital learning. You work confidently with PowerPoint and Excel and you possess good communication skills in both oral and written Danish and English.
As a person you are self-engaged, proactive and show a high degree of independence as well as flexibility. You are service minded, bring a can-do attitude and thrive in a busy environment. It is crucial that you are comfortable in the role as facilitator in order to help teams to work together, understand their common objectives and plan how to achieve these objectives.
