The Production Infrastructure Management department consists of highly qualified Information Technology and process experts who are responsible for overall customer engagement and management of our Infrastructure Services that we deliver to our Production area. The team is working in close co-operation with the Novo Nordisk office in Bangalore, India and external vendors. Your workplace would primarily be in Bagsværd, Denmark.
You will support Technicians, Specialists, Project Managers and Management in the Global IT Operations Product Supply area in business processes, administrative tasks as well as tasks related to Economy and service level agreements and communication. As part of the internship, you will work with and be introduced to important areas of managing IT in the pharmaceutical industry, such as Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes and GXP regulations.
- Internship period: 6 months
- Working hours: Flexible (min. 18 and max. 37 hours a week)
- Start date: 01 September 2021
- Internships are remunerated if your educational track allows
- A Danish full-time work permit is required
The working hours are flexible enabling you to combine an internship with lectures at university, project work or writing your Bachelor's / Master’s thesis.
We are looking for an intern with a passion and an interest in IT. You are currently studying for your master’s degree in Information Technology, Communication and IT or another relevant field. We expect you to master both English and Danish, verbally as well as in writing. You have the skills to handle a large number of tasks and have a professional and qualitative mindset. You are an outgoing person with a strong personal drive and dedication. You have a professional and personal impact that is reflected in your desire to take initiative. In addition, you bring a healthy sense of humour to your work even when the pressure is on. Finally, you must have a strong work ethic and willingness to take responsibility for your learning.
