Internship – Executive Assistant to SVP

3Shape offers an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and ambitious student to do an internship in the Customer Success and Business Development management team. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting the SVP of this area with many strategic and administrative tasks.
Job duties and responsibilities
Customer Success and Business Development area is responsible for the great post-sales customer journey and future business opportunities. You will work very closely with the SVP for the area and his management team. The paid internship starts February 1st and ends after 6 months.
In this position you will:
- Assist in planning and executing Quarterly Business Reviews
- Draft and proofread presentations
- Drive specific projects within Customer Success and Business Development
- Assist in performance management of the team
- Assist in reporting of KPI´s
- Help in preparing meetings and team events
- Create and improve operational processes and procedures
- Offer advice and guidance with regards to prioritizing and managing deadlines

Your profile
- Master’s degree student within Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or similar
- Demonstrated strong academic performance
- Ability to communicate effectively – both verbally and in writing - in English
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Enjoy working in teams as well as taking ownership of own tasks
- Positive energy and motivated by learning
As a person, you have a systematic and independent approach to your tasks. You have excellent collaborative skills, show initiative, are two steps ahead, flexible, service-minded and come to us with a positive, and result-oriented attitude. You are motivated by having to juggle the various demands of a fast-paced and culturally versatile business environment.
