Internship - Digital Media Advertising
Are you passionate about Paid Digital Media & performance management and are you eager to work with an industry leading B2B brand in a global setting?
As an Intern at Grundfos you will have the opportunity to join a young and dedicated international team in a newly formed Digital Media Centre of Excellence. The ambition is to bring our paid digital media to new heights by implementing efficient process and global best practice. You will learn how to work closely with media agencies as well as marketing colleagues on improving media planning, execution, and reporting across Grundfos’ business units covering digital media such as social, display and SEM.
From the internship, you will gain an in-depth knowledge of driving organisational change as well as building competencies within core marketing processes. You will work with Digital Media Manager, Asbjørn Damm Jensen:

What is the job about?
During the internship, you will become actively involved in a variety of interesting areas related to paid digital media and digital marketing. For instance:
- Provide recommendations to best use of digital media channels based on data and insights
- Identify knowledge gaps in the organisation within core paid media disciplines and support in designing engaging learning material to ensure competency building
- Support in developing policies and governance, which drives strong internal coordination and strategic alignment
- Create best practice templates and tools for marketing stakeholders
You will also work together with a social media intern who will join the team.
What do you need to apply?
You are an open-minded, proactive, and result-oriented individual who has an inherent interest for data driven marketing through ever evolving digital channels. It is essential you have high attention to details and you are able to translate relatively complex information to audiences at various levels of understanding. You are eager to learn and you want to practice your coordinating skills in a global setup with lots of stakeholders. You speak and write English fluently.

We are looking for an intern, who is currently undergoing education, in the spring 2021 semester. We expect you to begin in January/February and be with us for at least 5 months.
