We are looking for a Talent & Workforce Intern ready to share and grow
The internship lasts from 1 February until 31 May and is unpaid.

In the position, you will join People & Culture in BEC. You will be based at our HQ in Roskilde and be part of a team Talent & Workforce.

Working in BEC means being part of organizational and technical transformation as BEC is evolving to meet the high modern standards within Fintech. In Talent & Workforce we have started up several interesting, new projects in the area of strategic workforce planning, employer branding and inclusion & diversity. During the period of the internship, we will primarily focus on campaigning and recruiting a new batch of graduates for 2021.

The position offers operational, hands-on experience with campaigning, recruitment, coordination and supporting project management. We will do our best to ensure that you get lots of learning and business relevant experience in return for your assistance.

Primary tasks and responsibilities  

In the position as Talent & Workforce Intern, you will work closely with our Talent Partner, who has the main responsibility for the Talent Program for graduates. Your primary tasks and responsibilities will include:  

  • Campaigning: coordinate and secure deliveries of content for relevant business partners. Evaluating and reporting on campaign performance
  • Recruitment:  Planning and co-hosting a Virtual Assessment Day
  • Administration: structure, communicate and ensure smooth recruitment processes through administration such as interview bookings and collection of candidate material
  • Assisting the project management of several new projects and initiatives within Employer Branding and Diversity & Inclusion

We are looking for you who love to explore and learn! 
Preferably, you have a bachelor’s degree within Human Resource Management, Communication or Business Administration and experience within administration.

  • Have great Microsoft office skills
  • Have great English skills both written and spoken
  • Is motivated by following through and making sure that all stakeholders and candidates are involved and informed during recruitment
  • Be able to collect, analyze and present basic data from recruitment systems or campaign analytics 
  • Be service-minded and committed to smooth delivery of the day-to-day tasks
  • See yourself as structured and analytic as well as empathetic and open minded
  • With colleagues in teams distributed in Denmark and Poland, you must master Danish and English at a high level both in writing and verbally.
