Here is what your role entails
During your internship, you will gain knowledge of all facets of our software development process, including taking responsibility for your own development and optimization tasks. As an intern in the Developer team, your workdays will naturally include Daily Scrum, Refinement, Review, Retrospective, Planning, and Continuous Improvement. Furthermore, you will work with a wide range of tasks, including breaking down tasks, detailed design as well as development and test.
Based on the MS .NET platform, you will work with a wide range of technologies, such as:
- C# (.net 4.7.2/core/5/6)
- WPF
- Web development in Javascript & React
- Service Fabric
- Kubernetes
- Docker
- JWT
- Gitlab
In addition, your tasks will include GUI, databases, communication protocols, as well as unit and integration tests.

As an Intern in Advanced Level Software, you will become a part of the Software & Analytics department in Electricity that consists of professional and experienced software developers. We work closely together in all the phases, and you can expect professional sparring and support throughout your internship. The development environment at Kamstrup is in constant movements, and we value nerding and ideas that can challenge our processes.
Did you know? In our department we have more than six different nationalities with interest ranging from golf to Magic the Gathering. A lot of us started as interns but we have imported from other companies as well giving us a broad perspective.

- Are studying within Information and Communication Technology, Software Development, or another relevant
- Have a great interest in high level software and bring updated knowledge within the field
- Are quality-oriented, thorough with your tasks and your structural approach makes you good at maintaining a clear overview
- See teamwork and professional sparring as essential parts of your workday
As we are an international organisation it is important that you are fluent in English. Danish is not a requirement.
