International Product Manager- Sleep Apnea

3Shape seeks an International Product Manager- a technical profile with a commercial mindset.

3Shape is seeing an increased interest for our solutions from sleep professionals around the world. From doctors and dentists looking to diagnose and treat patients for sleep apnea to labs and manufacturers looking to design and manufacture sleep appliances. We are now looking for a product manager who can lead our development initiatives across the organization and help drive our market development internationally.

Your Profile:

• A strong technical background probably at a MSc level
• At least 3-5 years of experience from a position in product management or product marketing working with technical software products
• A good understanding of customer needs and an ability to transform these into innovative solutions
• A commercial mindset that enables you to launch products successfully into the market
• You are fluent in English. Additional major languages are a plus
• Knowledge about medical devices will be an advantage

As the owner of our sleep solutions, you will be involved in the entire product life cycle of our solutions marketed in 100 countries. You will work in our corporate headquarter and collaborate with all functions of the company, including R&D, Marketing, Sales and Customer Care.

You will:

• Transform customer needs into innovative products with great customer experience
• Work closely with leading customers and partners across the world to realize ideas and projects – you can expect 20-30 travel days a year on average
• Define specifications, prioritization, make product roadmaps and work closely with R&D and Project Management
• Drive product launch activities in close cooperation with our marketing, sales and country organizations
• Take part in continuing the development and implementation of a highly competitive strategy and portfolio for 3Shape’s Solutions
