Intern Transformation Office
You are most likely curious, a systems thinker who sees connections and opportunities, you understand the value of visualization, transparency, and communication and in your class, you are known as the one to think creatively and produce original and innovative ideas of how to learn or solve a problem.
Who are we?
You become part of the Transformation Office team where we are up to 14 colleagues responsible for supporting the agile transformation across the entire organization. We work with methodologies, organizational structures, ways of working, communication, and as agile coaches on all levels. We are all equipped with open mindsets, we love to learn and look very much forward to getting inspired by you.
How can we help each other grow?
We believe that an intern-agreement is a commitment to learn from each other to grow competences. We imagine that you will work with innovative thinking/culture and transformation metrics and data. These are both areas that are essential in a transformation context; Innovation as an important differentiator for an organization to stay in front and metrics and data to be able to steer better and learn more during a transformation. It will be a great contribution if you can help us get a stronger focus in these areas! More specifically, you will be:
- Pulling reports from Jira and G-Learn (our internal learning platform) and analyze data.
- Making Power BI (Business Intelligence) dashboards to analyze and identify trend curves.
- Setting up a system for how to check up on hypothesis.
- Creating your own project in some relation to our innovation culture.
We expect the internship will start in January ‘22 and end in June ‘22 (20 weeks). You will be working for 10- 15 hours pr. week at our headquarters/office in Bjerringbro. We are of course ready to schedule your working hours around exams and schoolwork and you can work from home on agreed days.
What do you need to apply?
You should do the following to apply:
- You are studying at bachelor’s level within IT/innovation/economics/business/you tell us.
- and have an interest in agile transformation, data visualization and analysis, innovation culture and communication.
