Then this is your moment to apply for intern on the cLEAN® Team, assisting in Injectable Finished Products facility Hillerød (IFP Hillerød).
About the department
In IFP Hillerød, we produce top-quality injectable products for patients with diabetes worldwide. cLEAN® is part of IFP Hillerd's Business Support department, and they're in charge of assisting the site with systems and activities that help the company advance toward lean production.
You will be a part of the cLEAN® team, which consists of 8 cLEAN employees with various responsibilities. The team might be compared to an internal consulting house with a well-stocked lean toolset.
You will be a part of a driven and enthusiastic team that is influencing and advancing our ongoing cLEAN®. Supporting the various cLEAN partners with everything from visual management systems development to data analysis and problem resolution.
As part of our path toward lean production, we wish to increase our lean systems and thinking way capabilities at the site. We are maturing the company through teaching, facilitating, and coaching our shopfloor leaders and employees.
- Period: 5-6 months
- Start date: 1 August 2022
- Working hours: 37 hours per week (flexible during exam period)
- Salary: 12.000 DKK/month, if your educational track allows it
- Workplace: Hillerød, with the possibility to work from home
Here we are re striving to build a strong team of problem solvers involved in executing systematic problem solving and continuous improvement.
Current enrolment in the study field of Engineering, Production, or Business, preferably supplemented by relevant LEAN experience or certificate from a similar role (Six Sigma, Lean, Project management e.g.)
- Preferably eager to learn BI tools with an emphasis on adding value to the line of business
- Demonstrably strong communication skills and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the business
- Excellent interpersonal skills are required since the position will need frequent engagement with internal and external stakeholders
- Focused to solution and service-oriented and able working on projects as part of a group.
