About the department
In DFP Hillerød, we produce top-quality injectable products for patients with diabetes worldwide. cLEAN® & Training is as a part of the Business Support department in DFP Hillerød and are responsible for supporting the site with systems and initiatives that move the organisation towards a lean production.

You will join the cLEAN® team which consists of six cLEAN-partners with different areas of responsibility. The team can be pictured as an internal consultant house well-equipped on the general lean toolbox. As a cLEAN® intern, you will become a member of a highly ambitious and engaged team working on shaping and developing our continuous cLEAN® development.

The internship
We want to strengthen our lean systems and thinking way capabilities at the site as part of our journey towards a lean production. Here we are stiving to build an army of problem solvers who can execute systematic problem solving and continuous improvement. We are maturing the organisation by teaching, facilitating and coaching our leaders and employees at the shopfloor. You will support the different cLEAN-partners with everything from developing SEE-systems, data analysis and problem solving.

Practicalities

  • Period: 5-6 months
  • Start date: As soon as possible or latest 1st of February 2022
  • Working hours: 37 hours per week (flexible during exam period)
  • Salary: 12.000 DKK/month, if your educational track allows it
  • Workplace: Hillerød, with the possibility to work from home

Qualifications
You hold an academic degree with a relevant subject matter (engineering, chemistry, production or business) ideally supplemented by relevant LEAN experience from a comparable position or certification (Six Sigma, Lean, Project management e.g.).

You possess strong communication skills including the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization. Great interpersonal skills is a must since the position will include frequent interaction with stakeholders across the organisation.

As a person you are outgoing with a strong personal drive and dedication. You are solution-focused and service oriented, and you enjoy collaborating on projects as a part of a team.
