We are looking for a talented student for an internship in the Electronics Department (starting Jan 2020). So, if you have capabilities and interests within the field of developing electronics, we would like to get in touch with you. You’re likely to gain a learning experience for life!

About the internship:
You will be part of the electronics development team that is tasked with development and verification of the electronics and cables in our products.

You will be involved in the everyday work that includes concepting, circuit calculation/simulation, schematic drawing, PCB constraint management, PCB layout, signal integrity verification, design verification of features and verification of electronic features in the robot.

Tools and methods used can include use of Cadence, Eagle, DFMEA, DFM, DFT and DFA.

You will be part of a specific team assigned to specific tasks, and thereby be introduced to both our engineering challenges, and our methodologies of solving them.

Task will vary according to the ongoing projects and needs.

In Odense, Denmark, you will meet our R&D Department, a diverse group of 160 smart, creative people working at the forefront of collaborative robotics in an international working environment. Together, we are finding innovative solutions to some of the most important manufacturing issues facing businesses today. Universal Robots was a forerunner in creating the industry and has dominated it ever since, so you will get acquainted to some of the most skillful and experienced people in the field, while gaining hands on experience, working with our robots.
