The position
We have a great chance for a data-savvy intern to join us and work on a variety of projects and data processes. This may entail establishing standardized data sources, data analysis, and pre-processing, as well as the design, development, and implementation of dashboards according to business requirements.

You'll help the team analyse manual, paper-based, or complex processes and digitalize them to increase their efficiency, consistency, and quality. Depending on your skills and interests, you will also assist with ad hoc activities and projects around the department.

You may expect a varied workweek and to be treated as a valued team member. We'll give you constant feedback and support on the work you do.

Some of the responsibilities include:

  • Developing data visualizations and transforming data into insights
  • Leading and/or participating in initiatives focused on digitalizing and automating processes using various digitalization tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps
  • Assisting with the adoption and implementation of business intelligence (BI) products such as Tableau and Power BI and reporting of findings

The duration of the internship is 6 months (with possible extension). Working hours: 30-37 hours per week, flexible.

Qualifications
We're looking for a proactive, collaborative, and disciplined intern with high quality standards and the ability to detect possibilities for improvement.

  • A Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Development, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills and MS Office experience (Excel and Power Point)
  • Knowledge of Alteryx/Tableau/Power BI, as well as Power Automate/Power Apps
  • Skilled at presenting data in a clear and concise manner
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is necessary, as well as a full-time work visa in Denmark.

About the department
Manufacturing Development (ManDev) supports Injectable Finished Products (IFP) sites across the world as part of IFP in Product Supply, by creating creative changes to manufacturing processes while maintaining a high level of quality and compliance.

IFP ManDev Business Support is a team of 20 highly skilled and professional employees who support a wide range of business processes and activities in ManDev, including management support, financial planning, strategy and business plans, training, quality, facility management, and environment, health, and safety.
