If so, join us in Portfolio and Alliance Management, where we have an exciting internship position for a talented and ambitious student starting in Jan 2022.

You will join a team of highly professional and experienced colleagues with different nationalities all working within portfolio or alliance management. Within these areas our Intern will drive selected tasks both independently and together with colleagues. About the department
Portfolio and Alliance Management (PAM) is a central unit in Novo Nordisk’s Device R&D division, and we are responsible for the short, medium and long term strategic portfolio & alliance activities related to Novo Nordisk’s worldwide Device R&D development and planning. The department work in close collaboration with stakeholders both within the organisation and externally. PAM is a part of Devices & Delivery Solutions (DDS) counting more than +340 employees.

In close collaboration with a very broad range of stakeholders from Drug and Device Development all the way to Product Supply we develop and execute on management strategies enabling us to deliver on the aspiration for Novo Nordisk to become world leading in device development.

The position
As an intern in Portfolio & Alliance Management you will get the opportunity to be part of, or take independent responsibility for many exciting challenges such as; markets screenings, sourcing processes, preparation of business cases, extensive data analysis, supplier management and portfolio analysis.

You will take an active role in supporting both Alliance and Portfolio Management in the preparation of presentation material for management as well as taking responsibility for tasks related to our processes and various administrative tasks.

You can expect varied workdays with many different tasks and engagement with numerous stakeholders providing you with a broad insight to the work in DDS.

  • Internship period: 6 months
  • Working hours: Full-time 37 hours a week
  • Start date: Jan 2022
  • Internships are remunerated, if your educational track allows
  • A Danish full-time work permit is required for non-EU citizens
  • Work Location: Central Hillerød

Qualifications
We are looking for students in first or second year of their Bachelor studies or their first or second year of their Master studies in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Business, HA Alm. or equivalent educational level.

The Interns we want are passionate about problem solving and eager to make a difference. You are an outgoing person with strong personal drive and dedication. In addition, you thrive in a busy environment, and bring a "can-do" attitude and a healthy sense of humour to work. You have first-rate Microsoft Office skills and can be classified as a “PowerPoint Shark”. Finally, you must have a strong work ethic and willingness to take responsibility for your own learning.

Fluency in both oral and written English, sound personal judgment and excellent interpersonal skills are required.
