Do you want to be part of protecting the green energy future from cyber attacks?

Join us and become Information Security Officer in our Information Security department where you’ll be responsible for improving and maintaining our information security framework. You’ll join a team of approx. 15 colleagues who are passionate about raising the Group’s information security level.

We want to create a world that runs entirely on green energy, and we have an ambitious strategy for protecting the green future from cyber threats. We need you to help us build the foundation for having effective protection in place.

Your key tasks will be to

  • drive the development and maintenance of our information security framework by writing information security policies and standards
  • interact with key stakeholders to ensure alignment between the information security framework and business objectives
  • communicate to the organisation about our information security framework
  • work with our third-party suppliers on monitoring the development of cyber legislation for the countries we operate in and ensuring that our information security framework is aligned with the cyber legislation
  • support our organisation in living up to the information security framework.

Furthermore, you’ll engage in discussions with other energy companies to mature the security level across the industry.

Your competences include that you

  • have a relevant master’s degree, for example in information technology, engineering or quality management
  • have extensive experience with designing and writing an information security framework or another management system
  • have several years of work experience with ISO 270xx, NIST, ISF or a similar framework
  • are able to relate information security legislation to our security framework
  • are able to understand internal stakeholders’ needs and are willing to implement those in the framework aiming for a security framework that is balanced between our high security ambition and supportive towards business objectives.

To thrive in the job, it’s important that you’re excited about communicating in writing. You take pride in and are passionate about maintaining a flawless and up-to-date set of information security policies and standards, and you’re proud to present them to your stakeholders.
