The Information Security area is a strategic focus area in Ambu and the position as Information Security Officer is a newly established position.You will be responsible for defining our Cyber security Strategy from a business-driven and risk-based perspective including owning our Cyber security roadmap to increase our Cyber security resilience.
You will report directly to the CIO and be part of an international IT organization. Work location is at our Headquarter in Ballerup
Information Security to the next level
In the position as Information security officer you need to establish and develop close relationships with stakeholders on all levels in Ambu. This is crucial to be able to steer through the organisation and gain support in developing robust frameworks and standards to ensure compliance towards legal and regulative requirements.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Responsible for establishment and maintenance of the cyber security strategy to ensure information, technical solutions/platforms are adequately protected
- Establishment and maintenance of the information security framework including security controls.
- Establishment and implementation of policies, processes and procedures to reduce and mitigate cyber threats
- Responsible for information security related compliance and IT risk management activities
- Play a key role in any incident response in case of a security or data breach
- Proactively engage with external sources in relations to threat intelligence and trends
Your key relations will be with multiple functions such as Enterprise Architecture, Data Management and Infrastructure service delivery as well as to our key sourcing partners.
A natural interest in business processes and system expertise
To be successful in the job, you need extensive cyber security experience and can work in a complex business and technical environment. You should be comfortable working in a regulated industry.
As a person, you are a strong team player and you have an analytical and structured approach. You see the big picture and you work diligently to complete your duties keeping in mind the objectives of the business. You are good at planning, following up, as well as keeping promises and deadlines.
Because of Ambu’s and Business IT’s international nature, it is important that you have a global mind-set and that you are comfortable writing and communicating in English.
