The position

We are looking for an intern starting 1st of September 2024 in Ramboll's Strategic Sustainability Consulting department with experience in design, digital tools, innovation and an interest in sustainability. Specifically, you will be connected to our Incept Sustainability tool, which combines employee training, surveys and engagement on sustainability to get everyone in the organisation involved.

Incept Sustainability provides an easy-to-use digital platform for spreading sustainability awareness within your organisation. With interactive e-learning courses and insightful assessments, we make it simple to educate everyone on sustainability. Additionally leveraging data analytics to identify emerging trends and provide actionable insights, enabling proactive decision-making and impactful sustainability strategies.

You get the opportunity to be part of the tool's upscaling process and have the chance to have a direct impact on learning material reaching out to several thousand people.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will include:

• User-oriented focus to assist in producing sustainability training modules.
• Development of communication and visual materials for sustainability like models, presentations, videos, infographics etc.
• Setting up and running test structures for the system and the material
• Support on client projects
• Generally, support of the team
