Hypercare Office 365 (benefits & training)

The client is launching an initiative focusing on usage of Office 365 and specifically Teams and OneDrive - Called LIFT. 

All materials have been created from a corporate level. 

The task is to “sell” the benefits of LIFT to the users and help them utilize the applications Teams, OneDrive, OneNote and a 3. Party authentication app – Quo Vadis. 

For this project the client is looking for two diffent roles/consultants: 

Upgrader manning LIFT: 

• The person talking to people, handing out material and giving usage input
• Selling the message/benefits of Teams, OneDrive, OneNote, Quo Vadis and all the other Office 365 tools if asked.
• Reminding to uphold the various classification levels of information and documents
• Giving people basic usage tips/Advice about how to use the applications

Requirements: 

• People communication skills
• Superuser knowledge of Office 365 
• specifically about Teams, OneDrive and OneNote 
• Basic knowledge of Windows 7 and Windows 10

Trainer/Teacher for LIFT: 

• The person handling drop-in sessions for users,
• that have signed up. 
• Training users in LIFT applications (Teams, OneDrive, OneNote and other Office 365 apps)
• Requirements: 
• Training skills in Office 365
• Superuser knowledge of Office 365
• Basic knowledge of Windows 7 and Windows 10

Start: Week 33
Duration: Until Week 37
Work location: Southern Region, Denmark
Requirements: Min. 5 years of professional IT experience.
