What does a Rubik’s cube have in common with hearing aids? Well, okay, from an engineer’s point of view they consist of a highly complex system and requires problem solving skills and a curious mind to play with.
Now, follow me, if you were to solve a complex problem with a fast time-frame - could you then do it? In that case, we crave your attention.
In short, your responsibilities are to investigate and evaluate field feedback cases.
- Investigate and determine root causes for HW / Connectivity issues
- Propose and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with other functions to resolve complex cases
- Create and maintain related technical documentation
#1 working place 2018 - and that we are proud of.
In 2018, we were awarded by the Engineer (Ingeniøren) as #1 working place to be. And that we are proud of. We would like to keep being no. 1 and for that we need your contribution. We strive to do our best, with a mindset of putting our customers first.
The position is part of InMarket Product Support in Oticon and we ensure a fast response to field feedback by investigating cases and creating needed design changes. InMarket Product Support currently consists of 16 employees, divided between our different sites in Denmark and Poland.
Together with the team, your goal will be to elevate our technical maintenance and improvements for all our hearing instruments and accessories. We are an international team and we speak English as standard. We believe that the best results come from a fruitful team effort. We support each other and constantly share feedback and knowledge to improve our results. Furthermore, we will do our best at exercising your smiling muscles.
We play with hardware components, wireless signals such as Bluetooth Low Energy, and the latest mobile devices to connect with. If you are interested and already have worked with HW, SW and radio communication, especially BLE, we would like to talk to you. You have probably a background from engineering.
Bringing in your expertise and new perspectives, insights and ideas would be the cornerstones of our success, and we encourage you to think out of the box and structure your workflow with a high level of freedom.
We have a broad interface with R&D and our sister companies, and you should like to talk to people and not be afraid of reaching out to relevant stakeholders, including component suppliers in some cases.
Have you ever experienced that feeling when you solved a situation that was difficult to crack? We do. To create solutions that allow people to live their lives to the max, we also recognize that in order to bring energy and inspiration to work, you need to re-energize and spend time with family, friends and hobbies in a healthy work life balance. If you think this might be a challenge you would like to solve, please let us hear from you.
