Team Equipment and Automation is one of four teams within Process and Technology Support (PTS) which primary responsibility is to ensure a robust production by delivering reliable utilities, equipment, systems, and technical guidance at ALK's site in Hørsholm. PTS has around 45 curios and passionated employees in which Team Equipment and Automation has 7 project engineers and automation supporters. The team supports the production facility by scoping and planning upgrades or new equipment/utilities/systems to the existing facility, performing qualification of equipment, utility, and automated systems, and supporting the production facility with technical guidance. Furthermore, we interact with our regulatory department with support for the regulatory files.
As our project engineer with expertise in HVAC and facilities, you have a broad knowhow and experience from working in the pharmaceutical industry. You utilize this knowhow when supporting our projects from scoping over implementation to qualification and validation. You will be primarily responsible for projects regarding HVAC and facilities.
Field of responsibility
- Responsible for projects in upgrades to our existing HVAC including scoping, planning and managing internal and external activities.
- Writing change requests, requirement specification, validation plans and qualification documents when needed.
- Organizing and facilitating GxP documentation in close collaboration with equipment owners, subject matter experts, and stakeholders.
- Ensuring a high level of quality as well as compliance in every task and project.
Your qualifications
- An education as engineer, pharmacist or similar.
- Broad knowhow within HVAC and facilities used for the pharmaceutical industry.
- Minimum 10 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Broad experience with writing requirement and qualification documents as well as participation in qualification activities.
- Experienced in working with clean rooms.
- You might have worked with qualification of automated production equipment in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong systematic and organizing skills in the lifecycle of projects.
- Good collaboration skills and capable of working cross-functionally.
- You take responsibility and work dedicated towards our goals.
- You contribute with experience, overview and calmness.
- Fluent in English, spoken and written.
