Head of Section to Wind Energy Turbine in COWI, Lyngby

Overview:
This is a superb opportunity for you to develop your career and work for one of the industry's foremost  civil engineering companies, based from our Lyngby office.

As a Head of Section to Wind Energy Turbine, you will become part of the department Wind Energy and Renewables.

Be part of a multidisciplinary work environment
You will be accountable for developing the business plan for the section and setting up the strategy. You will show the way forward for the section and become a visible leader. You will Plan, follow up on resources and recruitments for the section. You will Structure the work load and follow up on billability. You will be responsible for the individual and Personal Development Plans in your section. You will Walk the extra mile to achieve the business goals.

Your professional standards create value
You hold master's degree and have strong experience in construction methods and contractors' capabilities and restrictions. You have minimum 10 years of experience from Wind Industry.

Furthermore, you recognise your profile in the following statements:

  • Good insight to consultancy and design engineering and you preferably have a network of potential clients in the onshore and offshore wind industry
  • Dedicated as leader, going the extra mile and showing the way forward
  • Able to plan, follow up on resources and staffing incl. recruitment
  • Structured and active follow-up on billability
  • High commitment, an extra energy level
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Danish and English
  • Willing to travel to meet clients and are a great networker with the ability to build and maintain relationships inside and outside of your organisation.
  • Able to work across disciplines and can maintain the grand overview in complex environments
