We are looking for a leader to our production and distribution section within district energy. You will have the joy of leading 20 committed and engaged employees, the seniority ranges from graduates to leading specialists and project managers. You have experience in personnel management, and you enjoy being in a company that prioritizes customer and project care. You thrive in open and honest communication and developing simple solutions to complex problems, you can inspire and develop people as well as ensuring high engagement in the workplace - you view the success of your employees as your primary goal.

We are thrilled to have contributed to some of Denmark’s most significant projects in district energy, e.g., the expansion of TVIS' transmission system and 200 MW district cooling for industry in Kalundborg.

Your key activities will be: 

  • Engaging in the development and implementation of the department's strategy, action, and growth plan
  • Coaching of section employees, individual development plans, and performance feedback
  • Recruitment and onboarding of new employees
  • Initiatives that create a good working environment for yourself and your colleagues 
  • Contributing to project execution.

  • An engineering degree and experience in managing or delivering energy/district heating projects
  • Broad theoretical and practical knowledge from the energy or district heating sector in Denmark and perhaps also internationally
  • Good skills in personnel and team management
  • Professional communication skills in Danish and English.
