For Siemens Smart Infrastructure we’re looking for a dedicated Sales executive with the skills and passion to build a better tomorrow. You will lead our Sales function within Digital Grid and help it grow even further. With a small and dedicated team of three you and the team are the eyes and ears of our customers. Reporting directly to the CEO of Siemens Denmark, this new role is a unique opportunity to influence how we should approach the market and our clients. You can either be based at our office in Ballerup or Vejle.
Your primary task will be to develop and expand our market position within the supply of products and systems in the substation automation area to our customers. The main deliveries are protection technology and automation for the Danish electricity supply companies and the wind turbine industry, but new areas within the IoT domain are evolving. You become an active part of a dynamic organization where you will work with a portfolio of solutions and products with great potential, both technically and within sales.
You become the budget manager for your business area and an important local point for digitalization, both with our customers and internally at Siemens. We have a strong focus on digitalization, both in relation to products and processes. You will be responsible for building customer relationships within all levels of the electricity transmission and distribution industry.

Develop what will be important tomorrow
You get technical and commercial support internally in Siemens, both locally from colleagues in the function but also from headquarters in Germany. As part of the job, you will travel both within in Denmark, as well as visits to our factories in Europe with approximately 10-30 travel days abroad per year.
- You master to understand the customer’s needs, to link them to our concepts and finally to communicate our value adding and innovative solutions
- You have a bachelor’s or a master’s degree and a consistent track record within Sales
- You have leadership experience and a background within digitalization/software/technology and have tried new methods that bring value to the sales process
- Furthermore, you thrive in an international environment and have professional communication skills within English - both verbally and in writing
- As a person you are innovative, result oriented and persistent and you have strong interpersonal skills
