About one third of 3Shape’s global family is in Research & Development (R&D). We now of a size where we see the need to consolidate our management support activities and we are looking for a passionate and accomplished leader to achieve this goal.

Management Support responsibility fall in three categories:

• Owning and driving staff functions such as management reporting, budget creation, employer branding, and event planning
• Managing strategic change projects - e.g. Define our Innovative Culture, Change Development Platform, or Deploy the new HR tool.
• Supervising development and deployment of Business Intelligence apps and other internal tools.

As a manager, you will be expected to be able to take key responsibilities upon yourself, but the successful candidate will focus on hiring and empowering people - creating success through others.

Our vision of the ideal candidate
Five things should be a part of your profile:

• An R&D or other technical background - it is important to us you understand our working culture and challenges when you interact with stakeholders and speak on our behalf in cross-company forums.
• Management Consulting experience - this job will require you to drive change projects across a large organization.
• At least 2-3 years of people management experience - you will be responsible for a handful of direct reports and required to own your organisation
• Excellent written and oral English - we are searching for a strong communicator as this will be a position with a high density of stakeholders
• Good cultural fit for an agile, innovative, and informal work style.
