Head of LTSA Project Management

MAN Energy Solutions is looking for an experienced leader to head our Project Management Department for LTSA (Long Term Service Agreement) in Demark, where we serve Customers worldwide from offices in Copenhagen, Holeby and Frederikshavn.

The job
As Head of LTSA Project Management, you are responsible for execution of a portfolio of Long Term Service Agreements according to contractual obligations, Customers’ satisfaction and the strategic direction of LTSA Denmark.

You will be leading a team of project managers and spare parts & logistics coordinators in Denmark as well as warehouse staff in Qatar. You will act as a coach for the staff in their professional development. We value employee satisfaction highly and regularly monitor and take improvement action as required.

The Head of LTSA Project Management reports to the Head of LTSA and is part of the LTSA Denmark Leader Team together with the LTSA Department Heads for Sales Agreements, Tendering Agreements and Technical Management. We are part of a developing in-house leadership community with focus on courage, alignment, being role models, agents of change and creation of results. 

The core of a LTSA is a Maintenance Plan with pre-defined and/or condition based intervals of engine inspections, preventive maintenance and associated delivery of spare parts. A fixed quarterly fee covers these planned services.

When engines under LTSA require unplanned maintenance, the Customer’s needs are accommodated for by organizing inspections, service on board vessels or power plants, workshop overhauls and/or delivery of spare parts on short notice. These additional services require scoping, proposals, orders, logistics, execution, reporting, invoicing and following up on payments. 

As Head of LTSA Project Management, you are responsible for internal and external monthly and quarterly commercial forecasting and reporting based on input from the project managers and in dialogue with the PrimeServ Finance department.

The key to success is to establish partnerships with Customers and other stakeholders worldwide. The Head of LTSA Project Management works closely with other departments within PrimeServ Denmark and MAN Energy Solution’s PrimeServ hubs worldwide.

Professional qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering and/or Business.

• Experience as department manager or team lead.
• Record of accomplishment in execution of long-term international contracts.
• Knowledge and experience in Project Management, certification is an advantage, not a must.
• Fluency in written and oral Danish and English.
