Join us in this role where you’ll be leading our newly established HVC Execution Mgmt. – Array team. You’ll be heading a diverse, dynamic, and ambitious team of 10 employees based at our offices in Skærbæk, Gentofte, London, and Warsaw. The department supports the company’s offshore strategy by providing strong technical scope management to our asset projects in execution, thereby ensuring the delivery and termination of array cables that contribute to a long-term viable transmission system.

You’ll be part of HVC Execution Mgmt. – Array where you, together with your colleagues, will be responsible for the overall execution of array cable supply and termination contracts, including the secure alignment of contracts and technical scopes, to ensure that the scope is on time, on budget, and of high quality. You’ll develop your employees’ business acumen to perform efficiently and ensure cross-organisational collaboration to enable innovation, improvements, and co-creation of value with our customers to reduce the cost of electricity and streamline our business.
