One of the main topics for the new head of department is to capitalize on the investment and develop and take on new projects.

Specific working tasks:
- Business development
- Sparring partner in projects in relation to the tenders, contracts and risk management
- Development and organization of the department. A Department with less than 10 employees, but with a lot of growth opportunities
- Active participation in Krüger’s business development and strategy work, with special focus on the UN's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
- Awareness of industry standards and direction of industry development.
Our new head of department
is a confident decision-maker with a natural ability to motivate employees and delegate the tasks. You maintain a holistic view of the department and have a natural understanding of the interactions within the group enabling you to work effectively on all levels of management and across disciplines.
It will be considered an advantage if you have knowledge of the Aquaculture business, and experience from the role as consultant, supplier as well as 5+ years of management experience would be highly appreciated.
As most of our customers are located outside Denmark and we have a strong cooperation with Veolia, you must be proficient at English and able to communicate clearly and effectively.
Our state-of-the-art commercial RAS Aquaculture Department
Krüger’s Aquaculture team is located in Aarhus and develops aquaculture projects, where the main focus is on developing and supplying technologies for land-based fish farms, mainly kingfish, salmon and trout to support fish welfare. The main activities and efforts are concentrated on the development of RAS2020 as a standard and modular product for the international market. We are highly ambitious on behalf of the climate and we focus on the development of sustainable solutions for the conservation of water and natural resources to the benefit of present and future generations. The vision is simply to inspire and sell the technology to enable sustainable fish production all over the world.

Krüger-Veolia is market-leading in Recirculating Aquaculture Systems with several plants in Europe and many more on the horizon.
We are approx. 400 employees in Krüger in offices in Søborg, Aarhus, Aalborg, Glostrup and Roskilde.
