As a major strategic investment, Novozymes is in the process of building a Customer Co-Creation (CCC) platform, which initially includes three CCC Centers in Europe, North America and China. With a vision “to be the preferred consumer product innovation partner to the customers” Novozymes has chosen to invest heavily in getting ahead as a recognized leading co-creation partner to customers.
Take the lead in building the European Center and be the Head of Customer Co-Creation Europe, Novozymes is looking to hire a strong candidate with proven skills and experience, who has ideally made this journey before with strong results. 

Welcome to Food & Health Customer Co-Creation
In our new and ambitious Food & Health Customer Co-Creation unit, we help our customers develop food and beverage products and dietary supplements that appeal to modern consumer demands. We are a dynamic and collaborative organization that works Agile and with consumer product prototyping to design and construct new concepts with customers.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:

• Mature and execute on the roadmap to building Novozymes' leadership in consumer-product co-development in BioHealth and Food
• Build new approach and capabilities, and deliver these in the regional CCC Center
• Specify, drive and deliver on the CCC project pipeline
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences in the CCC Center, Europe

To succeed you must hold:
Core competences: 

• Experienced leader from an innovation driven industry
• Commercially strong with experience with the Food, Beverage or Health and Nutrition sector
• Inspiring leader who can operate in a complex and cross-functional environment

Practical experience

• 10+ years of experience in the Food or Health/Nutrition industry; preferably early technical experience combined with current commercial leadership role in strategy, marketing, or customer-focused business management Commercial mentality and experience with developing and executing a customer-facing, service-oriented business strategy
• Scientific or technical Food & Health ingredient or final product experience is an advantage
• Leadership experience and ability to manage team and influence across the organization
• Previous experience in an innovation or co-creation center
• Understanding of the concepts of food science and/or dietary health and development of food/beverage products claiming health and well-being benefits

• Ability to inspire, develop and motivate others 
• Curiousity and creativity 
• Fluency in English
