At Sani nudge, as we make improvements to our healthcare hygiene system, we aim to test the functionality of our hardware to make sure that our IoT devices are working at the highest level and detecting what they are designed for. We are seeking a person with a technical mind, a focused attention to detail, and appreciation for system testing and building embedded setups with sensors and development boards, for us to continue to automate.

It is great if you are an independent worker who can think outside of the box but a team player who enjoys a Friday beer with colleagues and chatting about your day. Primarily you will be working with the R&D team to define and build test benches.  It is of high importance that you have experience with rapid prototyping, embedded systems, sensors/actuators, laser cutting, 3D design/print, and more in order to be able to build these setups yourself. 

The position will be for 15-20 hours/week.

Key responsibilities

  • Describe and build test setups of specified test cases.·  
  • Ensure that the test setups are working as defined.·  
  • Collaborate with development on optimizing test setups

Key skills

  • High level of experience building embedded systems of your own ideas
  • Experience with development boards like Arduino and sensors/actuators  
  • Basic understanding of IoT networks

Qualifications

  • Relevant education on BSc level or above
  • Fluent oral and verbal in English·  
  • You are passionate about working with embedded systems
  • Very curious and can’t help investigate 
  • Positive attitude and ability to interact with all levels of colleges
  • Enjoy challenging work tasks
  • Stubborn personality that do not give up until the task is complete
