Hardware Engineer or Technician

Your challenges
You will join our Task Execution Electronics department in Skjern, Denmark. Here, you will work alongside 3 technical project managers, 2 software engineers and 2 hardware engineers, who are responsible for quality and cost optimisation of existing products, focusing on motors, remote controls and electronic systems.

”We have one of the biggest EMC test chambers in Northern Europe, and you will be surrounded by knowledgably experts who are specialists within our industry,” explains Martin Frølund Svalgaard, Senior Manager, Task Execution Electronics. 

With an emphasis on PCBA design, your tasks will be to:  

• Participate in the development and testing of electronic products 
• Work with requirement specifications and risk analyses 
• Provide feedback on verification plans 
• Work with the team to ensure that we reach and implement results
• Make sure that all processes and results are thoroughly documented in our systems 

Your qualifications
To thrive in this position, you bring a good understanding of hardware - either from years of practical experience or from your educational background. In addition, you are curious by nature, and you like tackling problems to which the answer is not always obvious. Finally, you are excited about a position where you can continue to grow your skills and develop your technical competences. 

• You have a background in electronics, e.g. as an electronic engineer or a technician 
• You have experience working with hardware electronic solutions 
• You preferably have experience with power supplies, PCBA construction, solar technology, EMC, lacquering and potting of electronics
• You are experienced in producing technical specifications 
• You speak and write Danish as well as English effortlessly

In addition to your own team, you will collaborate with colleagues from other departments from both Denmark and abroad which means you can expect a few days of travel per year. We also collaborate closely with our product development teams to ensure that all knowledge is shared across the organisation.
