The team is heavily involved in New Product Introduction (NPI projects), New Factories (NPP projects) and Technology Transfers (TT projects).

How to contribute to our vision
As the offshore wind market is growing, we continuously need to acquire and upgrade equipment for our factories. Your tasks will be to define, specify, develop, test and implement manufacturing equipment. You will have your own equipment projects and support your colleagues with your specialist knowledge. Your tasks will vary in size and complexity and include everything from simple templates and standard tools to lifting yokes and full automated machines.

You will work closely together with internal departments such as Process Engineering, Technology, Maintenance and HSE. Design and concept development will be in close cooperation with external engineering offices and our suppliers who are manufacturing the equipment. You will support Procurement with the selection of suppliers and be responsible for Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT).

We expect 10-40 travel days per year.

You have a background as Engineer, Marine Engineer, Production Technologist or similar. You also have experience within design, technical specifications and documentation of manufacturing equipment – preferably from the wind industry or large-scale manufacturing. Hands on experience will be an advantage.

We have two newly created positions. One requires a solid experience within automation, robotics and mechatronic systems. The other profile needs a solid experience within thermal, mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems.

Both require skills and experience within basic project management, such as stakeholder management, coordination, time schedule, etc. You can maintain the overview while managing several individual equipment projects simultaneously.

As a person, you are proactive, well-structured and enjoy helping others. You are a good communicator as well as team player with high proficiency in English – both orally and in writing. You thrive in an international environment with colleagues, suppliers and customers from around the world. Danish and/or French language skills will be an advantage.

You are an experienced user of Microsoft Office and an elementary user of CAD programs.

In return of your commitment we offer you…
