The Planning & Production Performance team is now looking for a skilled and ambitious colleague to join our exciting journey with a mission to give people unlimited access to a world of sound by providing perfect hearing. 
 
Your responsibilities  
The Planning & Production Performance team is a cross-functional team who reports directly to the VP of Global Production. You will be a part of the planning team working close with Sales and Operations Planning to anchor the forecast into tactical production plans across Widex production units and Partners. You will be a part of a dynamic environment, where we must mitigate Stock Ramp-ups, incorporate tenders and include NPI in the Production plans.  Secondarily we will assist the development and monthly report of several productions KPI’s across the different production units and assist GO in ad-hoc various analysis. 
 
You  
As a person you have strong analytical skills with ability to handle large and complex quantitative data sets. 
You are self-driven and motivated by creating results together with your team. You understand the importance of utilizing your network and you convincingly engage stakeholders on all levels of the organization, from shop floor employees to top management. 
You hold a university degree in engineering, economics or other relevant education within a commercial area, and you have professional experience from a relevant position.  
You have professional experience from a relevant position with a broad understanding of production technology and supply chain set-up.  
  
Background: 

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a planner or similar 
• Knowledge with ERP systems is a must 
• Database data extraction and experience with SQL is a plus

• Analytical and detailed oriented
• Strong communication skills 
• Service minded 
• Has the ability to develop effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels
• Structured and able to keep the overview of many (different) tasks and datasets  

The corporate language is English and the candidate should therefore be fluent in English both oral and written.  
Practical experience with industries like medical devices, pharmaceuticals as well as functional experience in Supply Chain optimization or production is a plus.
