Join us as our new Global Logistics Developer
You will play a key role in developing our future logistics services and designing solutions ensuring we support both our strategic growth agenda and ensure cost effective logistics solutions. The scope includes areas such as distribution network designs, differentiation of our logistics services, improving our delivery performance, automating processes and interfaces with logistics suppliers, as well as cost reduction programs. In this role you will manage and lead your own portfolio of projects and you will engage with internal and external stakeholders to continuously look for service and optimisation opportunities.

Welcome to Supply Chain Development
You will join our Global Logistics team, being one of several global teams, shaping Supply Chain Development. In Supply Chain Development we are responsible for driving our global supply chain services and processes. Our aim is to develop solutions which support both the commercial growth agenda as well as end-to-end efficiency. We ensure engagement with our global stakeholders, and we translate business requirements and improvement opportunities into sustainable solutions.

In this role you will make an impact by
Engaging with Sales and other stakeholders to design and implement logistics services supporting our sales growth ambitions, i.e., through service differentiation and shortening lead times. You will apply your experience and analytical skills to identify service and cost efficiency improvements in cooperation with our global logistics community, as well as with internal and external stakeholders.
Successfully implement and execute on selected projects and initiatives through management of your project portfolio, including taking lead on projects that can include several organisational functions and external partners.
Continuously developing your competences by taking part in cross-functional supply chain projects as well as supporting other business areas within Supply Chain Development.

To succeed in this role, you must have

  • An MSc level education, could be within Supply Chain Management or Logistics
  • 5-10 years’ experience with supply chain or logistics development
  • Several years of experience with hands-on project management and project portfolio management
  • Experience with Agile ways of working in project execution
  • Proven analytical skills being able to create data insight to support decision making and define optimization opportunities
  • Experience working in international teams
  • Strong communication skills in English – and preferably in Danish.
  • Proficiency using MS Office applications.

You can maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders and can communicate across cultures and all organisational levels. You can communicate complex logistics and supply chain solutions in an easy-to-understand way to all levels of the organisation and you are prepared to recommend and ague for the right solution between multiple options.

You are a team player and have a constructive approach in your dialog with colleagues and external partners.
