Netcompany is looking for an ambitious Global HR Business Partner

We have an ambitious international growth strategy and expect to expand beyond the current countries. To drive and support this strategy, we are looking for a skilled, pragmatic and goal-oriented Global HR Business Partner who can execute our international HR projects.

Drive challenging global HR projects
As our new Global HR Business Partner, you will have a very important role in ensuring that Netcompany constantly moves in the right direction. We are highly pragmatic and always prioritise global HR projects that have a crucial effect on our business and can generate immediate results. You will be involved in implementing our proactive recruitment strategy in new regions and driving a wide range of initiatives, programmes and projects on behalf of the Group HR Director as we expand into new territories.

Acting as a trusted advisor to our Group HR Director and Netcompany’s management team, you:

• Support our growth by driving the global HR strategy through the execution of HR projects at our new and existing offices abroad
• Ensure continuous organisational and performance improvements through change and transition programmes and leverage internal and external best practice to ensure organisational competitiveness
• Design and develop HR programmes, projects and services
• Build a strong organisational culture and employer brand by planning various activities and events in close collaboration with the Group Employer Branding Manager
• Understand and solicit employee opinions and anticipate their needs and concerns

Join our global HR team
You will be a part of our ambitious and dedicated global HR team consisting of employees in Denmark, Norway, Poland and U.K. While you will be based in Copenhagen, you will spend around half your time at our offices abroad in order to ensure that all global HR projects are executed successfully.

Experience driving complex HR projects and organisational change
We are looking for an experienced HR professional who thrives taking charge and has a proven track record of driving complex HR projects. You have superior project management skills and you know how to integrate commercial insights into the HR agenda to influence the business, and you successfully engage relevant stakeholders and manage expectations about timing, processes, etc. Similarly, you can identify trends and themes in employee feedback know how to take the required action. Finally, you take pride in delivering high quality on time and always look for ways to do things even better - just like the rest of us at Netcompany.

• Preferably, you hold a master’s in economics, business management or HR management
• You have at least 5 years of experience as an HR business partner or similar, including experience driving organisational efficiency and organisational change processes
• You have excellent command of the English language, both written and oral

Moreover, it is essential that you are ready to travel approximately 10 days per month. Most of the journeys originate from travels to our locations in Northern Europe with departure and return to Copenhagen on the same day.

It is a great advantage if you have experience with working on a “headquarter level” and on a national level. Being able to communicate and implement the global strategies on a national level is a crucial part of the role.
