Ready to utilize your skills as part of a company leading major technology shifts with intelligent audio solutions? And would you like to be part of a social network of talented peers?

Then start your GN career as part of our Global Graduate Program.

Join us to make life sound better
As a GN Global Graduate, we offer you a two-year program where you will get hands-on experience by working in three different departments, including 8 months abroad. With subsidiaries across the globe, we will find you a role abroad that matches our business needs as well as your skills and interests.

Throughout the program, you will be supported by excellent leaders, program sponsors and a mentor, and you will get a great network of fellow Engineering, IT, Finance and Marketing Graduates with a focus on developing cross-functional relations.

We are a global company that specializes in consumer, professional and medical grade hearing devices with the ambition of being the leader in intelligent audio solutions. As a GN Graduate, you are joining a vision to make life sound better.

Make your mark on our high-tech audio solutions
You will join our researchers and engineers to develop state-of-the-art technology and concepts across consumer, professional and medical grade solutions. We share insights and innovation breakthroughs across research clusters and disciplines such as software, hardware, hearing science, neuroscience, AI and psycholinguistics from both the hearing aid and headset industries - all under one roof.

As an Engineering Graduate, you will rotate through related departments across GN Audio and GN Hearing to gain a well-rounded skillset within your area of interest. Depending on your education and skills, you will work in different departments across R&D - e.g. in innovative research projects or projects in the product development pipeline. During the program, you will get access to world-class development tools, R&D laboratories and test facilities.

What does it take to become a GN Graduate?
You hold a master’s degree in one or a combination of the following engineering fields of expertise: mechanical engineering, audio/digital signal processing, electronical engineering, embedded software and/or radio protocols. We prefer candidates with in-dept knowledge about AI and machine learning. We expect you to have finalized your master’s degree up to a year before start - but no later than September 2020.

Moreover, you:

  • Have achieved excellent results which are shown in your grade point average
  • Have relevant experience from previous student jobs, internships or similar
  • Have an international mindset, and you can skillfully navigate in different cultural settings - that’s why you are fluent in English and possibly additional languages
  • Are curious, energetic, positive and a self-driven team player
  • Find it easy to develop and maintain good relations and possess strong collaborative skills
  • Are ready to start September 2020
