About Pleaz
Pleaz helps companies all over the world to improve their workplaces' well-being. We do that through our digital platform, where we offer video-guided fun, mindful and active breaks. All videos are based on science and tailored to improve employees' physical and mental welfare.
We are a relevantly young startup from 2020, but we are in skyrocket growth with a team of 19 employees and therefore, we need your help! We are looking for a focused intern with an interest in frontend development, willing to apply your technical skills in practice and collaborate with our tech team.
You will be part of an international startup where we move fast from thinking to doing. Everyone is being heard and are welcome to come up with ideas. Your role
As a frontend design intern, you will make us even better by insuring that our platform is always looking and working at its best. You will have a hands-on role where you collaborate closely with our growing tech team, as you work with various visual bugs and fixes on our platform, both desktop and the mobile version in various resolutions and browsers.
Examples of fronted design tasks could be:
- Further development of Pleaz's graphical identity
- Optimize the user experience
- Support the tech team in the development of Pleaz' platform
You don’t have to be a super-advanced software developer. But we need someone who is very thorough and honest, as you will be testing the platform in depth so it is streamlined with what our users expect from Pleaz. You need to have a basic understanding of CSS, HTML and JavaScript. It will be an advantage if you also know WordPress
We are looking for someone who:
- Is enterprising and can work independently.
- Believes in a supportive culture with high ambitions
- Takes responsibility for your tasks and fulfill them to the end.

- Internship period: minimum 8 weeks but preferably longer and as soon as possible
- Working hours: Depends on the length of the internship, around 35-37 hours/week. We are of course flexible according to your studies
- Deadline for the application: The sooner the better, as we'll have ongoing interviews
