We are now hiring a Fleet Project Coordinator that will have the responsibility to drive fleet performance. In this role you will be securing and driving the learnings of our products, solutions and/or services into our R&D. To ensure that Siemens Gamesa’s remains it high technological position.

How to contribute to our vision

As Fleet Project Coordinator you will ensure business success and satisfaction of the customer. One of your active tasks will be to ensure timely decision making on open issues, escalating if necessary. Within the coordinating capacity you will collect data across the organization to learn from past and be able to use this information to create learning opportunities. You will ensure cooperation across all relevant functions (e.g., Service and Technology) which includes appropriate transfer to the subsequent responsible parties in the relevant processes (e.g., SCM, CRM). Within this role you will also be involved in warranty cases and their solutions. Additionally, you will support the business units with fleet related technical information as well as be part of supporting the clients in technical presentations and with technical clarifications.

What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.

Engineering background from a relevant technical area with minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience is expected. We expect you to come from Service or Operational area with previous experience with coordination in an organization. You should have R&D experience within a technical area. As a person you are driven and proactive who can bring on new initiatives or change where required. You are great communicator with good stakeholder management skills. We imagine that you are a sales driven person that can close agreements when required. You should be fluent in English, having Danish as well would be an added plus.
