The internship will be in the production but also contributing to developing the next future of sustainable food products through creative sessions, experimenting with modern methods and fermentation techniques.

- Being part of production fermented products.
- Daily maintenance of facilities.
- Development of future products.
- Sourcing of potential produce channels.
- English (advanced).

Reduced is a food production company based in Copenhagen.
We reduce food waste and replace it with taste. Using IP and recipes to create deep and intense flavour from upcycled produce, we sell our products under the Reduced brand via retail, D2C and the service industry.
In our first year, we sold +60.000 units of our pilot products. This year we have built a 252 m2 production and research facility for the creation of fermented food products.
