Designing the future
As our new Scrum Master you will become part of our Software Development organization. You must be passionate, have an agile mind-set and possess good teaching skills.
You will, among other things, be responsible for coaching the team in order for them to come closer to become high-performing, identify and eliminate obstacle to progress as well as facilitating Scrum’s ceremonies in a complex and varied working day. Within the R&D team, we are working in stable, interdisciplinary and self-managed teams based on agile principles and methods. Some of our main focus areas are continuous improvement of planning, quality, knowledge-sharing and innovation, and you will be a direct contributor to this by means of team performance, cooperation and ability to deliver.
Your colleagues are experts in many different areas such as mechanical design, kinematics and embedded programming. You will be part of a Scrum-team working cross-functionally with other SW Developers, UX Experts and Test Engineers.

- Shielding the team from distractions
- Coaching the team to be high-performing
- Ensuring that the team is setting and delivering on sprint targets
- Facilitating Scrum events and meetings
- Strengthening our work methods in close cooperation with other Scrum Masters
You most likely have a background as a Software Developer and hold experience with high-level software development.
We expect that you:
- Are an experienced Scrum Master e.g. Certified Scrum Master
- Are an experienced team manager
- Are a natural coach who can apply relevant experience and skills
- Have experience in agile development - perhaps you have even been a part of an agile change process
- Possess experience in driving teams to become high-performing
Candidates holding experience with the following will be preferred:
- Agile frameworks (SCRUM, SAFe, etc)
- Agile Coaching, also at PO level
- Project Management
- Atlassian tools - JIRA, Confluence etc.
- CI/CD - Continuous Integration / Continues Delivery
- Automatic Test
- Acceptance Tests and BDD
- Java or C++ Programming
- Distributed systems
