We are looking for a colleague who is - or has the desire to become - an excellent HSE Lead. In NNE, a HSE Lead is the “spider in the web” ensuring that all the relevant health, safety, environmental, as well as sustainability aspects, are handled in all types of projects, large and small, complex as well as simple. If you are our next HSE Lead, you’re comfortable working in a highly cross-disciplinary field, and you have the confidence to contribute with your core skills and include other colleagues when relevant.

How you might spend your days

As an HSE Lead, you'll be working together with  our 32 talented professionals where you'll be:

• Coordinating HSE activities in all project phases

• Facilitate workshops and meetings with project stakeholders

• Conducts HSE screenings and assessments

• Carry out risk assessments

• Collaborate with the customers end-users and representatives within HSE

The miles you’ve walked

To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to succeed in this role: :

• You have a technical or academic background

• You have experience with Health, Safety and Environment related work

• You have specific HSE competences to offer. That is, an area within HSE that you have particularly dealt with and on which you have built your more general HSE experiences and competencies 

• You have experience from the pharmaceutical  industry  

• You speak and write Danish and English fluently
