About the department
In your daily job you will support Diabetes Finished Products in Hillerød, which consists of 700 engaged and highly skilled workers. You will be part of our cLEAN® team, which consists of 7 dedicated cLEAN® partners. The team is working hard every day to develop and optimise our LEAN tools and standards. You will report to the Manager of our cLEAN® team and have a professional reference to one of the Directors in the department you support through your optimisation projects and shopfloor coaching.

The position
In Novo Nordisk, cLEAN® is more than just a lot of different tools. cLEAN® is a culture and a mind-set that we always have to continuously develop in our organisation. We do this by supporting our customers with relevant optimisation projects, focus shopfloor coaching at all organisational levels and by educating our customers in our cLEAN® standards such as performance boards, systematic problem solving and process confirmation. By this you will have a lot of stakeholders to support and you will have a big impact on cLEAN® standards and results across the organisation.

As a cLEAN® Partner you always speak with data and use data to prioritise the next optimisation project. You will analyse current state and future state to make sure your project is bringing value and has the right effect. You will drive cLEAN® projects from start to end to ensure the projects are implemented, anchored and creates value for the business. Your role will be to find and realise development potentials and drive our cLEAN® strategy across the site. You will work closely with the other cLEAN® partners and take an important part in planning our future cLEAN® journey.

Qualifications
You hold a higher education and have solid experience within LEAN tools, LEAN management, process optimisation, systematically problem solving and project management.

Preferably, you have worked with different tools and thinking way like Kata coaching, A3, DMAIC, Value stream mapping, Yamazumi, SMED and you have a strong data mind-set ideally funded in LEAN Six Sigma.

You are a team player but are not scared of working on your own, when you are coaching leaders or collecting data in the production. You master communication and behaviour at all organisation levels. You have experience with and can document strong results implementing LEAN optimisation projects and you naturally involve and motivate your customers in order to realise the business targets. You are an inspiration to those around you but also manage to challenge the people around you in an empathic and respectful way. You do not back down when people challenge you and people see you as a front runner.
