We are in search of a person who can help us decrease support requests over time - so we need someone at our side with excellent interpersonal skills to support the learning organisation - a person who is good at finding the root cause and not just the symptoms.

Your challenges
Your primary task will be to support our global VELUX logistic business. Our customers are primarily local and central super users who need support to ensure that the business and the processes are running smoothly.

You will actively take care of failure demands and help direct our customers to the right place for help the first time. In close collaboration with a team of logistics consultants, Subject Matter Experts and our IT partner, you will be solving different problems with different time critical needs.

You will also be working individually as well as in teams with projects and you will give input to possible process improvement activities identified through your active dialogue with our internal users.

Another part of your job will be to help test new tools, logistic services and business solutions.

Your qualifications
We expect you to have a relevant education within business, engineering, mathematics, economy or similar and a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience with SAP business process support where you have gained experience about the important interfaces towards e.g. finance, master data and sales. It will be a plus if you also have experience from working in a larger organisation with many stakeholders.

Your business process analytical tool box is in place – this means that you have solid knowledge of SAP standard logistic processes and that you can easily understand customised solutions. You can see the big picture in the processes but you also understand the importance of details. You deliver a high service level and you know how to prioritise business critical issues.

Through previous jobs, you have understood the value and necessity of a structured approach which means you can analyse and communicate process pain points and opportunities in a structured way. In addition, you are well acquainted with Practical Problem Solving (PPS) and you are an active player when it comes to giving input to our improvement processes.

On a personal level, you are a structured, systematic, a logical thinker and a committed team player/colleague with high personal drive to also work independently. People often describe you as passionate and emphatic working with people and able to understand organisational dynamics – a person who understand how to use the organisation actively and is comfortable in communicating to stakeholders at all levels in the organisation.

Fluency in Danish and English both written and verbally is necessary.
